I'll say say this. Bristol might to be so great when it comes to picking a boyfriend, but she is showing good common sense by getting the hell out the tundra and moving some place warm. ;)

most zone systems don't have 2 systems.  they just have deverts in the ducts that open and close.

Why you would want a 4000 sqft house is beyond me,  just trying keep it clean is a full time job.  screw that.

give me a 600 sqft house.   with a 4000 sqft garage/shop.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

She only paid $44.51 a Sq. Ft. Not bad when you look at all of the upgrades, and consider the fact just a few years back it sold for over double that.   Bill T.

even at double that, thats cheap atleast it would be here, even at 4x its cheap.

No bs track houses here were selling at about 250/ft for awhile, I mean just basic track houses.  now they are ~ 100 sqft.

I would never buy a house that big unless I need the space.  the power needed alone is $$$$.

This is why the building trades are going to remain dead for quite some time until all of this price nonsense sorts itself out. Both commercial as well as residential. Building costs and materials haven't budged, and if anything have risen slightly in all of this. Who in their right mind is going to spend upward of $75.00 to $150.00 a Sq. Ft. to build, only to turn around and be able to sell it for $45.00 a Sq. Ft.? With current building / selling prices so far apart, it will be a decade or even longer before anyone can get their money back. Other than repairing "handyman" type foreclosed homes, there won't be much work for these guys for a while.  Bill T.
