Yes we have such services over here. However look at it from my stand point. This clown is in the southern end of Florida, I'm some 800 mile or more away. In order for me the sick someone on this clown I have to hire people in that part of the country. If they do their job then I get my $209 back and it costs me several hundred more. I could take them to small claims court but that means I go to Florida or hire an attorney (at $150 to $250 per hour) either way it costs me a lot more than the $209 to get $209 back. That's what makes this so bloody frustrating. This clown knows I probably don't have the resources to collect the money (I don't) so he makes $209 and I'm left out in the cold. Believe me if I lived in Florida I would have been knocking on the door but I can't. At the moment I letting the state get on his case, may work may not but he is being bugged about this.

Its sad when its cheaper to actually get ripped off than to get what is yours back.

 What a shame that you need to buy their units in a face-to-face deal and act as though it is a discontinued product because there is no customer service. I bought one second hand for $115 years ago and have been very pleased with it and have had no reason to contact them for any reason. Because of warnings like this I have not bought any other product from them!

If it were just Bill, we could assume a case of sour grapes, but I have never heard any one with a good word about dealing with that company.
He might have been able to get away with that attitude when he was the only one in the market. Today there are to many other options to justify it.

It's a darn shame, too, because he actually makes a darn fine and reasonably priced product. If you can ever actually get your hands on one, you'll prolly like it. His AR units usually seem to require some break-in or tweaking before they run reliably, but I can't recall hearing many if any complaints about his handgun units. Most who have them seem to love them.
