Went to the local Wally World today to pick up a new pair of shoes. As normal I went to sporting goods to look around. I needed some 45acp and saw they had 100 round Winchester value packs in, then I saw the price.....$32.97. The last time I bought any I paid 37 or 38 bucks for them. After tracking a employee down and he had someone open the cabinet, I asked the guy about the price. He said they lowered them last week. I bought all 4 boxes they had . Iv'e been priceing 45acp's on line and it's running around $180 plus shipping for 500 rounds. With tax it comes out about the same, but I don't have to wait and some of the internet stuff is reloads for that price. I will hopefully start reloading soon so I will have good brass to start off with. A friend is helping me set up, and he is teaching while we reload.

Bought a couple boxes the week before Christmas myself. They had just dropped the prices here too. It was the first time I had actually seen .45 ACP in our wally-world in 2 years.
