Insanity cases are few and far between.  Lets hope this one gets the needle or the noose or the gas or the juice.....he killed a 9 year old girl.  I don't give a big, fat, hairy, rats ass if he's crazy.

That does not mean he should NOT be held accountable for his crimes.

he is accountable for his crimes. 



The only time some one should ever be left off the hook for murder is after they killed some rapist.  That should not be a crime, infact it should be law that you are required to do it.

The stats don't support the position TAB, the insanity defense is used in 20% of cases, and only effective in 10% of those.

That's at the state level. The head shrinkers, will be called in by his powerhouse lawyer, but, mcviegh, gary gilmore, ted bundy,.....etc,...

all got what they deserved....

He should get the death penalty for the little girl and the other innocent bystanders, it should be reduced for taking out 2 political hacks.

And this brings up the question that has been bouncing around my empty skull for three days now - Where was the good sheriff and his department during all of this?
