A Phoenix drug addict was arrested yesterday morning after telling cops to "come and suck it" as he was found naked and masturbating behind a Phoenix motel.

About 4:30 a.m. yesterday, cops were called to the Super 8 Motel at 1242 North 53rd Avenue in Phoenix. The night manager told police a naked guy was wandering around a fenced in area behind the motel.

The manager brought police behind the building and that's where they found 24-year-old Theodore Ruiz (pictured). Ruiz was naked, and he was masturbating -- and he apparently needed a hand (or a mouth).

"You come back here to suck it," Ruiz asked cops after they asked him to come to where they were standing -- again, Ruiz was masturbating the entire time.

Police asked Ruiz to put his hands behind his head, but his hands were busy -- masturbating -- and he refused.

He again invited cops to "come and suck it" -- right before he was pepper-sprayed by the officers.

The pepper spray, however, didn't faze Ruiz -- he continued to beat off even after he was sprayed.

Even as cops grabbed one of his arms to try and place him in handcuffs, Ruiz used his remaining free hand to continue pullin' his pud as he tried to break away from the officers.

Ruiz was booked on one count of indecent exposure, one count of criminal trespassing, and one count of resisting arrest.



HAHAHA  wonder if they were filming Cops at the time with that patrol

I don't know. I think this guy could e a great tool for law enforcement. Ten minutes in a cell with him and anyone would be willing to confess. ;D

Resisting arrest???  With only one hand? 

With a good lawyer he should be able to plea bargain to Half Resisting Arrest.

It was probably like this; "All right, cuff him".
"Me? I don't want to touch him. You cuff him"!
That probably amounts to resisting arrest. Of course, a gentleman would just have let him finish. ;D :o

A decent lawyer should be able to get him off; but a bad lawyer doesn't know jack, and that would suck.

Maybe the guy has some pull around town.

The correct answer for this problem is: call for K-9

STOP OR I"LL RELEASE THE DOG!!

I would bet money the dog would have grabbed him by the tallywacker and that would have end the standoff.  ;D
And it makes great video.
