Sorry guys. I don't blame Sarah and was one of the first here to blast those who did. Still, to play the martyr card in racially charged terms? WTF? Thats just bone stupid. It does hurt us as it makes us  look totally out of touch. The correct thing to do is just not go there. Say it loud and clear. I've never called for violence, this guy isn't affiliated with me, and then move on. This was a blunder.

I don't really see most of what she says as a blunder at all. Most of her "blunders" are media creations by taking small snippits out of context. I have been in attendance at 2 of her speeches. The only "problem" I can see is that she is a politician that speaks like a person and not a schister lawyer. She uses plain english, and people relate to a woman that has a special needs child, a less than perfect daughter, and a record of exposing fraud and waste. Most of which was in her own party.

You forget FQ, that up until the elections Palin was a darling of the left, because she went after Republicans, and the oil companies. They loved her, until all of a sudden now she is a threat to their power. She is exposing them for what they are and they HAVE to shut her up.

I will defer to the majority as I am on Sarah's side here (did I just type that? :o). Still, I have little patience for the victim card.

FQ's opinion on this subject is worthless, If Palin walked across water FQ would post it" proved " that she could not swim.

Nobody knows what this shitheads' motive was. If you are going to speculate, why not speculate that it was the congress womans' anti-american political stances on such things as obamacare and illegal immigration that set him off?

Note how the media and politicians jump on the tragedy and try to drum up support for more anti-american policies like gun control and banning free speech. What a bunch of chowderheads and hypocrites! "I denounce political rhetoric, while spewing political rhetoric." Fail!

This whole "blood libel" thing is a tempest in a teacup.  Another attempt to divert attention.  It really didn't matter what she said as they were out for blood no matter what her response to the blood libel might have been.

With people like this representing the liberal left, Palin is the least of their problems. These people are nuts! Bill T.

I've pretty much given up trying to argue with libtards. They can't defend their positions based on facts, so they go directly to personal attacks. As soon as they make that turn, I stop the conversation. Not because they have won, but you can't negotiate with vicious/stupid/crazy. It's not worth the fight most of the time. After all, how do you have an intelligent debate with someone whose only argument is that you are a racist/bigot/homophobe? Just because you don't agree with them in lock step?

Did anyone criticize the NY Times Op-Ed author who used the term "blood libel" the day before Palin's speech?

We are a nation of the offended. Wussed down by some PC metrosexual aspect of our culture, known as the Progressive Movement.

It's love/hate with Palin, there is no gray area.

Liberals/Progressives hate what scares them the most.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.
