WYO to allow concealed carry w/o permit?

Caught just the tail end of this on the radio this morning. I am frantically looking for updates as to the status of this bill. I don't know if this was a preliminary vote or a final, but as I get the info I will update. What I did hear for certain was that there was only 1 opposition vote.

Rep. Pete Jorgensen, D-Jackson, went further, saying that loosening gun control regulations, except for hunting, would be dangerous to everyone.

I had that very conversation with a guy the other day. He made a comment about "If I'd had a gun", Something about his lawyer or banker or something. I gave him "The lecture", about responsibility, and added a lesson on liberal projection.

I had the same thought when I read that.
