out of context is such a dangerous thing these days. 

Don't know if it was or wasn't, but shouldn't matter for 2A rights. 


I disagree with that.

If you have made a creditable public threat against some one, then you have opened up yourself to law enforcment intervention.

rahter or not thats what happen here is the question.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

I have to ask .As Ratcatcher mentioned, his post is no longer available. What is wrong with that statement ? Is it untrue ? Leaving aside the right or wrong of a politicians stand on any given issue, if they have a citizen PO'd enough to shoot at them does that justify mowing down people who just came to see the Politician ? I think not.
Which makes that statement not threatening, but simple truth.

Freedom of speech, yes. But this falls into the category of yelling FIRE in a crowded building.  Bill T.
