PCCA will hold it's first major match July 16th 2011, name of the match "PCCA open Championship" this match will be open to all, member or none member. Only members will be able to win a gun and get an official trophy, none members will be listed as unclassified and will get a framed cert.

Next year this will be the PCCA National Championship.(membership required)

Target Barn will be the official target supplier, targets will be available April.

July was picked in part because of the heat, what better time for the pocket gun, shorts, light shirt etc.

Match info (price, round count etc) will be posted this week here and on the web site.

Next PCCA match will have low and no light stages, bad stuff happens at night so a few matches this year will have stages set this way, do you carry a flashlight, have night sights on your little gun, laser set correct ? Something to think on.

The Ruger SP101 with 2.25" barrel has become the main revolver used in PCCA, next is the S&W mod 640.
