Today's guns in the news
« on: March 03, 2008, 07:41:20 PM »
A bunch of stories hit today, even Fox almost hyperventilated, with murders at a Wendys, two schools locked down because of a masked gunman, etc. Is it my imagination, or are these stories getting a higher pitched play these days?

When the republicans are in office, all of a sudden, even with 8 years of a democrat like BJ, the news media discovers that - horrors - we have homeless in this country. And as long as a republican is in the white house, we have homeless. Elect another democrat, and all of a sudden, almost as if by magic, the homeless disappear.

Same thing with guns and shootings? I mean, you don't suppose that the anti-gun media is trying to inappropriately influence the Supreme Court decision do you?

Just curious.

Duh, what you are seeing is the laying of bedrock, or foundation, for the dem's to come. The media more than most know what is around the bend. After all, they are the media. Yoiu will see it more and more as the dem's get closer. It's the same as always. It's just that now it is really obvious because we have proven that we are so stupid that we can't see it. By we I mean those who truely do not notice and those of us who do but are too busy with our own selfish lives to say or do anything about it.

I'm glad it isn't just me seeing this stuff.  I don't want to seem paranoid, but it's like someone is trying to take something of mine......
You can never have too many guns, or too much ammo

Paranoia is thinking someone is out to get you, When someone IS out to get you it's called "situational awareness".

And remember, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you!   ;)

Most folks will not know anything is up until there are no ARs in stock. Mine is on it's way along with 2,000 rounds of surplus. I am not the kind of guy that looks for the boogy man, but in our case, he came looking for us. My fear is that when it comes down to it I will do the right thing, and the MBs and NRA's of the world will stand down. In that case, I and a few like me will just be speed bumps on the road to the end of our freedom as a nation.
The time is no longer coming, it is at hand. The time for wishing and dreaming of heros is gone. It is in the hands of the American public. The same public who this government cut the balls off of a long time ago.
