Illegal isn't that complex a word. It should be easy for these azzholes to understand.
On the other hand, Under the US Constitution they do not have the legal authority to implement this law.
Immigration policy is set by Congress, not States.

I mean really, give me 10 billon, I'll build a wall on the southern boarder, then its just a matter of finding them here and shiping them home...

It's not complicated.
Truck 'em in for harvest, pay 'em more than they can make back home, truck 'em back home at the end of the season.
