Can't offer any sage advice....but I can offer prayers and good wishes for positive outcomes in both cases.

Thanks guys.

First hearing is done. Nothing really resolved.

She did get a good tongue lashing from the judge. Hopefully that will give her the encouragement she needs to start communicating and working together to raise the kids.

Ok.  The big hearing is coming next monday and tuesday.

Everything is on the line, custody and school. I can't help but feel like I can't lose. No matter what happens I will always have my kids. There is no sacrifice I will not make for them. If it doesn't go my way then I will adapt and continue to be the most important person in their lives.

I will say that their relationship with their mom has gotten better. I have done everything I could to resolve this without involving the courts but unless there is a last minute deal reached it's inevitable.

Please say a prayer for Sam and Amelia and that what ever decision is made is best for them.

I know every has been losing sleep waiting for the outcome.  :P

After what seemed like an eternity the judge finally passed down her decision.

Long story short, I got what I wanted. I get to pick the school the kids will attend. Custody will remain joint (I never asked for primary) and is based around my work schedule.

I couldn't be more thrilled and the kids get to go to the school that they wanted.  ;D

Thanks everyone for your support and prayers. They definitely helped. You just don't get this on any forum.
