Michael Banes Podcast and Collin Goddard from Virginia Tech

Michael Bane's Podcast on Collin Goddard, one of the victims of the Virginia Tech shooting, was spot on as usual.  Goddard is associated with the Brady campaign now and goes around the country talking to students about the shooting.  Mr. Bane had a very though provoking Podcast recently and it got me thinking, that students should be taking the lead in getting their schools to allow concealed carry holders to carry on campus.  Amazingly, there is such a group.  Students for concealed carry on campus can be found at concealedcampus.com

These shootings in "Gun Free Zones" prove that gun free zones, don't work very well, do they.  You only disarm the citizen and not the criminal.

I don't spend time on college campuses anymore, since I graduated many years ago.  But, we should support these students in their right to defend themselves anywhere they may be and that includes the campus.
