Border Patrol agents told not to make arrests.

The link is to a Fox News story that reports that Border Patrol Agents have been instructed not to make arrests, but instead, to assume a threatening posture to intimidate illegal border crossers to turn around and go back.....

 Sorry but that isn't anything new, Officers and Agents have been prevented from enforcing immigration laws for decades. I believe it has to do with the low birth rate of American children and the crooks in Washington need population growth to keep their "house of cards" standing.

Can aiming down the barrel of their weapon to a target on the bridge of the nose be considered a "threatening posture?"

It is so easy to get into this country legally that I have no time for illegals!  Our laxness over so many years also has me considering "immigration reform" - I propose that American born children of illegals need to go back to their parents' home country and file to come in as an alien.

We have lost control of our immigration system, and 09/11/2001 proved that we did not learn from the American Indians mistakes four centuries ago.

If I were told that, I'd assume one on my couch watching TV. What the hell good am I doing out there? These people (the brass, not the illegals) need to be shot. Enforce the damn law. Get prints and ship them home, but charge them with something and get a suspended sentance on the condition they don't re-enter illegally. If they come back, its straight to jail. It wouldn't take too many folks serving time for the message to get out.
