I'll retract my previous sarcastic post, as he was former LEO. That makes him Master Mall Ninja. ;)

I guess yelling "Alto" and pointing a gun had NO effect on an ex-felon with, imagine that,....a firearm in a restrictive state.

Never let the guy whose been shot in the head, drive the getaway car,.... :-\
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

I think the ninja bayonet is held on by a rubberband. That's the one flaw of the system.  ;D
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

As the only certified Mall Ninja on this board (summer job between freshman and sophomore years of college), I can give you a WTF? I was paid $6 or $7 an hour. I wasn't going to even arm wrestle over some corporation's insured property for that. My job was to reassure the shoppers, control the teenagers, and help old ladies go find their cars in my spiffy "patrol vehichele" (otherwise known as a golf cart with a flashing green light ::)). Getting into a firefight to protect Steve Job's' bottom line? Was the guy high? Hell, he's lucky he wasn't sued, fired and arrested, and I guarantee the only thank you he'll get from Apple is a free I-phone, if that. More than likely it'll be a pink slip. What a Maroon! Note to Mall Ninja's "Its not your stuff and corporate will sell you out in a heartbeat. It's why they don't pay you much. Read the large print here, you are expendable! ::) :P

The story in Cali is tragic but glad to see a good guy win instead of more dead police.

BAC, the video is hilarious. Had to send that out to some people.  ;D
