Wow, that gun looks cool.  Kinda like a cross between an STI race gun and a 1958 Buick with the four holes on each side of the engine.  I hope it shoots as well as it looks.  Congratulations!

So BigPops, where in MD you at?  Down here in SoMD there isn't much USPSA, but it is looking up.  When I get the chance we head to Fredricksburg VA the first Sunday of the month.  Waldorf is SUPPOSED to be starting USPSA matches soon.  There are USPSA matches in the Frederick area and Eastern Shore too.  We do have an IDPA match twice a month but the STI Edge isn't legal for it.

Funny part is that I was going with a stock STI Edge when my wife said "why not get the one you really want? Besides after time you will send it off to get worked over so you might as well get it all now".  My wife is the most intelligent woman i have ever met!

Then again...she may be setting me up for another horse...hmmmm

Does she have a sister that wants to move to Michigan? Here we to to the local P.D. take a 10 question test run a 5 minute background check get the purchase permit , buy the gun, take it back to the issuing P.D.  register and go home with a new pistol.

WOW, now i know why I keep coming back to NH, even if I do hate winter. Save up money, go to Gun shop Pick gun (THATS THE HARD PART, well, after saving the money   ) Fill out yellow form, get ammo, go to range (or go home and hibernate till the snows gone, then go to the range    )  CCW requirements  IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONCEAL, open carry is perfectly legal and unrestricted, address, phone# (If you have one) SSN 3 references, 14 day wait MAX BY LAW, $10 for paperwork.  You should look into moving here. No state income tax or sales tax either.
