When he suggests that we use "stun guns like in Star Trek" at about 0:35 I decided I didn't have time this noon to spend on this  

On his first video:

#1.  How is he going to explain that the gun in the holster was a threat?  I assume he is quoting the "reasonable man defense;"

#2.  I think it would be a good thing to download and save that video, because you know that at some point this guy is going to have an accident and run into or over a person carrying a gun - I'd love to have my attorney play that video in court as we sue him for his actions after he ran me down.

#3.  The gun owner, Rick E., and the NRA    Has this guy ever heard of a man named Thomas Jefferson
