I have to keep reminding myself that he's in California. Not sure you can even still mow your own lawn without breaking some law. Unless you are running naked in the streets to celebrate diversity, you're probably a felon.  ::)

there are ton of federal felonys out there that most people never heard of.

Removing a cat from a car or truck for example is a federal felony, but it happens all the time.

There is a state in the south where oral sex with some one ohter then your husband/wife is a felony.

Tresspassing on rail road property is a  federal felony( very old law), whats worse its a cite and release deal.

in AZ any fire works are a felony.

hell what me and the wife did on the boat today, could have made us have to register as sex offenders in most states.

It does not matter where you live, there is odd ball felonysd, that you have never heard of.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

I hate to say this, but ol' TAB is right on this one. It doesn't t take a stretch or anything esoteric, doesn't even require performing quaint and  S sex acts on a boat. The .gov has told us already they consider us all terrorists - all us bitter Bible- and gun-clingers. Even the SPLC has supported that assessment. And since terrorism is a felony - voila! We're all uncaught felons.

Next time someone gets busted for something and the news is all atwitter about it, look at the stockpile of charges that are proffered by .gov against the alleged BG. Same with each of us. If they decide to come for us, they will crow about the stockpile of guns - even FQ's Sportical!  ;D - and an arsenal of ammo (<cough> 2000 rounds of .22LR ,cough>) as unassailable evidence we are well and truly real honest to goodness BGs.

I haven't put a penny on the tracks in 45 years and haven't touched fireworks in 20 and haven't cheated on my fed tax for 3 years...and only a little bit on the sales tax thing anyway.

And I won't ever try to get that cat that sneaks into my garage out of my car again now that TAB has let me know it is a felony.  I'll just try harder to remember to keep the windows rolled up.
