Dear McNamara:

Thanks for your post and your enthusiasm. I am also looking forward to another season, but that hasn't been made official yet. Nevertheless, I've already got a list of things I'd like to address and some directions I'd like to go if given the opportunity. As always, I/we welcome more.

Also, please remember that starting around 1 July, The Best Defense will give way to season 3 of The Best Defense: Survival. The new season will include seven episodes of hard-hitting, how-to information that will help you and your family prepare and be more self-sufficient.

Stay safe,

Mike

Our plan is for Season 4, whihc we begin filming in early summer, will be absolutely the best ever. While we're sad to see Rob go, we're really excited about our announcement Wednesday for our newest member!

I hate this it is like Christmas and we have to sit around and wait. I hope my wife taped these while I am in the land of sand.

How about an episode on dealing with the mandatory evacuation?

Just had that explained to me the other day at a community meeting, and my response (I was going to say internal, but from the look on the guy next to me ...) was "Try it!"

Season 3 was great!  Very informative. I would love to see the best defense season 4 play many of the same scenerios as season 3 but with families. Each of season 3 scenarios depicted a single person defending themselves. But how would those same situations play out if you had your wife and kids with you. What is the best defense when you need to protectyour family too.

Thanks for bring quality information through your shows and podcasts.

CM, I think you will definitely be seeing more than one person issues in Season 4...right now we're working on our scenarios for next season. My plan at this is to publish our working list of scenarios here on the Forum next week and give you all a chance to both comment and suggest additions/alternatives.
