If that's two separate sentences (ie:  I think.  I voted.) it can't be awarded to anyone who voted for Obama.

Conflict of tense.   Shouldn't it say,  " I think.  I vote"?

Oh good...I get to expound about something no one is gonna care about  :D :D

As two sentences it can go either way.      I think. I voted.    applies to a single election.  "I think." implies that thinking is an ongoing action where voted is a single action for this election.


I think. I vote.   Implies ongoing action for both.  You continue to think and thus you continue to vote when it is time.
