Obama hits the links rather than honor police dead

President Obama left the White House this morning a little after 9:30 am.  He wasn’t on his way to the Capitol building, where grieving friends and families of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty hold a yearly commemorative service.  Though he was invited to recognize the fallen and offer condolences by speaking at the annual Peace Officers’ Memorial Service, he instead spent this fine Sunday playing a round of golf with aide Ben Finkenbinder, White House trip director Marvin Nicholson and U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk.

Maybe B O's good friend, William (Bill) Charles Ayers, former head honcho of the weather underground, has something to do with this.

However on February 16, 1970, in which a pipe bomb filled with shrapnel detonated on the ledge of a window at the Park Station of the San Francisco Police Department. Brian V. McDonnell, a police sergeant, was fatally wounded in the explosion, and Robert Fogarty, another police officer, was severely wounded in his face and legs and was partially blinded. The Weathermen, along with the Black Panther Party were initially investigated for the murder, which was never solved.

He couldn't postpone the golf game for an hour or two?  Do we REALLY believe the POTUS (in this case POS) can't get whatever damned tee time he wants at any damned course he wants to play?

It was just in poor taste. Its not like it was in LA or anything, where he'd have to fly across the country to show up. It was down the block. Show up, give a short speech, pose for some pictures, and be back for an afternoon tee time. How hard is that? It comes with the job.

He has proven time and again that he's not qualified for the job. Why are you surprised at his actions.
