Who would they be? I'm talking the whole catalog, every bootleg and outtake. Me I am very torn, but I've narrowed it down to three.

 1. Emmylou Harris,
2. Silly Wizard (the best Celtic band on the planet)
3. Gillian Welsh.
 Leaving out Hank and Johnny and Willy and Townes pained me, but that's the point of the exercise. Who speaks to you, and who can you listen to over and over again? Remember, just three bands' oeuvre, no choosing by songs. What's the verdict?

FQ,  if they were in person I would still pick ZZ Top, somehow I think 3 Texas boys would be more help in a Robinson Crusoe situation than some bubblehead with big boobs .  But I've always been geared to the more practical.
If nothing else they could help keep the Junkies and Drunks in line.
