m58, USPSA has held their National Championships at Pike Adams in Ill. for a number of years and it hasn't impressed Ill. lawmakers!  That's not chump change coming into the economy.  As an aside, here in Ohio, Cleveland and Berea swaped parcels of land.  Cleveland ended up with the International Exposition Center near Hopkins Airport.  The Ohio Gun Collectors Association held 6 (I believe) large gunshows there every year.  These shows brought in millions.  You think Cleveland cared...NO WAY!  OGCA was forced to relocate.  Money might talk to some but not others.
