A few days in the country ( caution ammo porn )

Just spent 4 days in the country, ( central Texas ) with my brother, who is building a walk in vault for a mutual friend, have some pics to make us all drool.


beginning of the vault, shipping container reinforced, will have a heavy duty safe door when finished.







Over 1,000,000 rds of ammo.



90, 30 rd AR mags full of 62grn penetrators, ready to rock.

My 4yr old nephew catching his 1st fish  :)


A good time was had by all, although the temps were in the hundreds and many breaks were needed.

A lot of real serious skeet shooters order by the pallet.    And I don't mean they pool their orders, I mean a pallet per shooter.

When I was in Austin I had a deal with my local gun pusher. He'd sell me #8 at 5 % over wholesale if I ordered 5 cases. I usually ordered twice. Between dove and quail, barn pigeons, and trap and skeet I shot it all. A pallet per year is not as silly as it sounds if this is your sport.
