Granny's Bacon-rage!!!
« on: June 30, 2011, 12:32:08 PM »
You can't make this crap up folks:

Quote
Woman Assaulted Grandson over Bacon

A southeastern Pennsylvania woman is accused of beating her 9-year-old grandson and blasting him in the face with a garden hose because he ate too much bacon.

-------------snip----------------------------

Clifton Heights police say the 63-year-old Kolynych was angry at her grandson because she believed he ate too much bacon at breakfast and didn't leave enough for everyone else.

Police say Kolynych allegedly assaulted the boy, knocking him to the ground. Police say witnesses reported that the woman pinned him down, beat him on the legs and then sprayed him with the hose. He did not require medical attention.

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

He probably snuk in early, ate the whole pound save two strips just before the rest of the family sat down at the table.

Granny would have done the same thing even if it was the broccoli he hogged to himself....course, she probably has to beat him to get him to eat broccoli.

My call is he deserved it.

Wonder how the cops got involved.

Miserable little bacon burglar got off easy.  He's lucky he didn't have MY Grandma.  If I'd done that, I'd still have trouble sitting comfortably.  And Gram's been gone for 26 years.  Sheesh!

An observation from a bacon-loving Crusader.
“I’ve lived the literal meaning of the ‘land of the free’ and ‘home of the brave.’ It’s not corny for me. I feel it in my heart. I feel it in my chest. Even at a ball game, when someone talks during the anthem or doesn’t take off his hat, it pisses me off. I’m not one to be quiet about it, either.”  Chris Kyle

 >:(  Nanny state   >:(

Now you can't touch a kid or CPS will be involved.  So what happens?  Either no discipline at all or verbal abuse.  Either one has a lot longer term damage than a couple red marks on a rump.

If I would have hogged the bacon at home, there would have been marks.  And I would have learned.  quick.

"Why are you carrying a pistol?  Expecting trouble?"

"No Maam.  If I was expecting trouble, I'd have a rifle."

I learned at a very young age, a leather belt traveling at 35 fps makes a distinct "sound" when it strikes a gluteus maximus.. :P

Bacon hoarding, or any other type of selfish act was dealt with swift and blinding effectiveness in my childhood home. Grandmother was NO exception. :o

She would spoil us rotten AS LONG AS WE BEHAVED AND ACTED RIGHT!!!!

Usually ONE "correcting" was enough. Lesson Learned......Bet he won't be nabbing bacon anymore.... ;D

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

Not exactly related, but Mom always made too much for breakfast, and would leave the extra bacon, biscuits and sausage patties on the top of the stove all day, come in for a cold drink and make your self a sausage biscuit, at room temp, that had been there for hours, tasted good and never got sick. That was the good stuff.

Shoot, Grandma always made more bacon than we could eat AND she got upset if we didn't eat it.  This grandma gets what she deserves ;D

;D ;D ;D  Your Grandmother would probably beat the butcher if she saw the price of bacon today.....and beat you if you smelled what she could afford to cook more than your share of sniffs.
