Did some follow up on Pat Condell.   He professes to be a ''Liberal" but has come to hate the Liberal parties of Britain, and, it appears the US.  He is also a very staunch supporter of the US Constitution.

Here is an excerpt from a transcript of one of  his Videos Wake Up America.  The video address the invasion of Europe by the Islam religion and culture.

The problem with the new touchy-feely American administration is not that it wants to be friendly and respectful to everyone; that’s very laudable.

It’s just  that when you have a moral agenda like that it can be tempting to cut corners, especially when it comes to inconvenient things like constitutional amendments.

And if they’re doing this now outside the United States where they can get away with it, it’s only a matter of time before this is allowed to become international law, and then you know they’ll start trying to do it inside the United States as well, in the name of “community cohesion”.

 Get used to that phrase, America. It’s coming your way. And this matters. It matters a lot, not only to Americans but to all of us who see the American Constitution as the anchor for western civilization – which is what it is.

Actually, his honest atheism is a plus as far as I'm concerned. He hates religion because he assumes it equals a political and cultural agenda.


FQ, you make a common, but critical error.  Atheists don't believe in God.  Agnostics don't believe in organized religion.  Atheism could, in fact, be considered a religion unto itself.

I can't believe that:
1)  I missed that the first time I read this post.
2)  Apparently nobody else caught it, either.

That being said, I can't comment on whether Mr. Condell is an atheist or an agnostic.  Just wanted to draw the distinction between the two.
I love waking up every morning knowing that Donald Trump is President!!

that's a stretch.  I doubt they will ever get tax exempt status or become Televangelists.  Having no deity or theology or dogma to preach tends to eliminate the parameters used to define a religion.

Condell identifies himself as an atheist.  One of his statements is that he does not believe in things without rational evidence of it's existence.  He is also a very strong opponent to religion, stating that the Christian religion has gone so far astray of the teachings of Christ as to be it's biggest enemy.

He has a particular dislike of the Islamic religion, do to it's teachings about the fate of women, homosexuals and anyone who is not a believer in the Islamic faith.

Which is stupid on their part,the guy's comments are well worth passing on. He shows a lot better sense than most voters.
Besides, even the enemy can give great information .
For example " never let a good crisis go to waste", or Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals".
