I use to go around to local dollar stores, grocery stores etc..  Somebody somewhere usually has lots of cardboard boxes laying around.. but of course you have to get it and then cut/paint it etc..  but hey it economical... just a thought.

I have a templat made out of 1/4 inch plywood and cut out my own. works great for practice. you can also use paper plates for replacment centers.
