Yah like the topic says, last week I had a Senior moment (changing battery in the CT for the GLOCK 26) pushed the pin out and did not realize it had a specific direction it went back in - called CT-CS and spoke with Matt, had a good laugh about my Sr. moment and he helped me with the correct pin orientation.

Today I get a box from CT with a note inside - "We appreciate our customers and those that use our products. I was in a generous mood - Matt"
Got a t-shirt, hat, pen, sticker, DVD and catalog.
Customer service like that just does not happen often enough and when it does it needs to be recognized.
