Don't know if it is the same music, but when I heard it, the image it bought to mind was a scene from one of the Rocky movies. 

Where Rocky was training in Russia to fight the big Russian and he is training outside by running up a hill side covered in snow. 

Have no idea if they match, but that is was the spontaneous image that I got when I heard the music.
