And what's up with the big increase in NH nonresident CC renewals?

My renewal app came this week and NH wants $100.

Seems like it was about $35 or so last time.......talk about inflation.

It went up in 2009 I think.  I got my renewal paperwork in right before the increase in April of 09 and got it for 20 bucks.

Sucks but I'd pay it anyway!

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

Dem Gov and legislature spent us into the ground. The only tax or fee they did not raise was resident CCW, still $10
Republican/Conservative legislature since the last election with a big enough margin to overturn Vetos.

Uh, the legislature is taxing non-voters? Can you blame them? All they do is print a card saying "you can carry, that'll be $100 please". Good work if you can get it. ;)

The Dems taxed the sh!t out of non voters, Non Res CCW up $80, Rooms and meals tax up 1 1/4 %, and campgrounds and RV parks were made to pay it as well, there were others that I can't think of as well.
Of course the tourism portion of the state economy took a major hit last year so they actually collected less money. DUH, big surprise.
The new Leg. repealed all but the CCW increase . That got left out because they are trying to get Constitutional carry passed.

Everyone should get a .45 for their 45th birthday. And when would be better than this year?  ;)

I agree and I'll be 45 in this 100th year of the 1911 as well.  I do have a CZ-75B and I'd swear by it though. …but it still should be a .45.

Go west, young man.  Here in Iowa we not only have concealed and open carry, but are now a "Shall-Issue" state.  ;D

Not too far west. I recently left the Peoples Republik of Kalifornistan and went to UT. In Utah, we have CCW, open carry and silencers/suppressors. We also have a STATE GUN - the 1911! Constitutional carry is still in the works also.

California gets none of the above. Just little tastes of open carry, but only with unloaded guns and with plenty of harassment.
