How could this happen?  After all, they require a "license to carry ..." if you are going to have a firearm on a motor vehicle.  Obviously the license system let us all down.

Considering how the local LEOs operate there, the civilians are just mirroring what they've learned.   Somebody j-walks.....shoot'm.  Somebody's holed up in an apartment.....burn the whole block down.

Thank goodness these idiots don't believe in target practice.  No injuries, luckily.  Hell, it looked like, from point blank range, they were BARELY able to hit the damn BUS!!!
