From Billt
"Their pharmacy is a PITA to deal with. Their hours suck. They are always crowded. They never have enough help in relation to the volume of customers they handle. They pollute my inbox with 14,364 E-Mails for every prescription we give them, but they only charge $4."
That hasn't been my experience, if I call in the day before they are waiting for me when I get there, if I don't there is usually about a 20 minute wait while they fill it. The messages were a PITA but they stopped when I opted out of the notifications.
I would put it down to differences in population density.
It might also be because we have 2 with in 15 miles competing with each other.
If you have A Sam's Club try them, they are even cheaper. You get a better rate if you buy the business membership. For me, 2 months of scrips pays for it. Plus, they do have good prices on things like paper goods and bottled water that you want to stock up on in bulk anyway. It is money well spent, even if you're single, as long as you need the pharmacy.
