When all the geniuses start selling off everything they've got that isn't .357 to get one.  ::)  Let me know.  I'll trade you a bridge, or some nice swamp land somewhere that'll be worth zillions one day!   :)

The LCP is ideal for what it was designed for - having a gun when carry is a little more difficult, or needs to be extra discreet.

When some dumb-asses decided to huff refrigerant off of my AC unit at midnight last week, I was glad I had my new LCP in my pajama pocket loaded up with Hornady Critical Defense (tested and flawless through 3 boxes -  and 200 rounds of 4 different brands of ball). Anything bigger would have dropped my drawers. Dumbasses almost pooped when they saw the dude with a flashlight and a hand in his pocket. Around here a gun is what a hand in the pocket probably means. God bless Utah! Can't buy a LCP in California through normal channels, so it was my first purchase, when I shook off all of the dirty California.

The LCP tucked in a Galco Push-up holster hides really well behind my waistband.

When winter comes, I'll carry something bigger, but when it's hot, so is the LCP!

First I have heard about the TCP. Glad I originally purchased the LCP. It came with two mags also. Bought two more mags. Thinking about buying a second one to carry while I am running the neighborhood? Light and easy to conceal. Tired of the pitbulls barking and trying to jump the fence to chomp me. One day they just might make the jump and I will be ill prepared.

Welcome back to Free America.

Thanks! I was tired of being in the gun-loving minority, hoping for things to change. I hope those that remain can hold on to what little rights they have left.

Just saw a new Laserlyte for the LCP on a show called "Guns and Gear" on the Versus Channel. Sorry Guys at Outdoor Channel!!! Really like that laser alot. Showed the episode to my wife this evening and she wants one. She is the one who mainly carries it so I am all for it.

Just came across this.

http://gunwriter.wordpress.com/2011/08/23/the-problem-with-the-taurus-tcp/

Synopsis.  When you fire the TCP and the gun cycles, if you short stroke the trigger (not let it all the way out), you can sort of "half fire" the gun, which results in it NOT firing and meaning you have to manual recycle the slide (losing a round).

I just tested it with mine and that is a major problem.

Just tested my Ruger LCP and it will not drop the hammer if you short stroke the trigger.

Combined with the Failures to Extract and the mag dropping out sometimes, I'm glad I've moved on.
Will work for ammo
