Sadly, these morons/Darwin possibles, are rampant, especially in Overtown. An established ghetto and not part of the tourist package.

You can see the decades of Northeastern Democrat influence, combined with the wet foot/dry foot hispanics and see the "blue" in the city and burbs...Dade is broke, Miami is deficit spending, and recently had the Mayor recalled, and than of course, there is

Remember the red is all Cuban. Its Marco Rubio and the Miami relatives. Hell, the GOP down there is mostly old school Cuban. As for the Blue, its the Jersey shore, black and some beleaguered Southern Blue Dogs. It used to be an ok place. Oh well, at least the food is good and South Beach is entertaining. ;)

the hair, the gold teeth, the neck tatoo, yeah, the cops are looking at him funy just because he's black.NOT. Hell, even Al Sharpton would call him an ignorant mofo and walk away in disgust. ;D

Give the guy a break.  He didn't try to bribe the officer or sell him is underage sister and there wasn't a body in the trunk....so he did show some restraint.
