NO.

She backed the RINO candidate for governor in Oklahoma when the Tea Party candidate could have won with a bit of publicity and support.  The RINO governor is an abysmal failure and when in congress was co-sponser with Nancy Pelosi of a bill to allow Puerto Rico in as a state on a simple majority....a 3rd generation career politician.  

Palin's backing of candidates across the US was pure politics for her current run for President....she did not pick according to her "beliefs"...she picked around her beliefs for her future benefit.

Well, not sure I can blame Palin for making "political" choices.

As I've stated elsewhere, this year I will be voting for the candidate opposing BHO that I think will get the most votes, not the one I think would do the best job.

BHO is a few orders of magnitude more destructive for the country than your regular run-of-the-mill self serving Democrat or Republican.
