The center-leaning left hate her.  The center-leaning right don't like her.  The vast majority of independants won't vote for her.  Only the Tea Party hold her in great esteem--and that's not enough to win.

If she becomes the nominee, TAB's right this time.  We get four more years of growing government and diminished freedoms.  She would seal our fate, and Odamna would lead us into becoming a third-world banana republic.

Even at a ball game, when someone talks during the anthem or doesn’t take off his hat, it pisses me off. I’m not one to be quiet about it, either.”  Chris Kyle

A term in which she did not complete.  Went out under investagation.  If she could not handle that, no way in hell she could handle anything more stressful.   oh yeah the terms as mayor... well the city had less then 5000 people in it.  my sub division has more then that in it, and its a small.  Hell I worked on tracks that had 7800 houses in a single phase.   So thats not exactly a big deal in my eye.  Hell the hospital my wife works at employs more then that, by ~35% .

anyways you slice it she was a dead fish to start out with.

You neglect to mention that it wasn't an investigation, it was a continuing series of blatantly political investigations.
If you were going to be fair in your assessment you would agree she did the right thing by recognizing that with the Dems concentrating on doing a hatchet job on her she could not attend to the states business.
As for Wasilla being small itself that is true 7,800, you fail to take into account that it is part of the largest urban area in Alaska.
While your statements may be technically accurate they are intellectually dishonest.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wasilla,_Alaska

Wasilla is a city in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, United States and the sixth-largest city in Alaska. It is located on the northern point of Cook Inlet in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley of the southcentral part of the state. The city's population was 7,831 at the 2010 census. Wasilla is the largest city in the borough and a part of the Anchorage metropolitan area, which had an estimated population of 364,701 in 2008.

It still trumps "community organizer."

After our last taste of lack of leadership/experience I think it will have to be a Governor or Senator (sorry, Herman) to get the nod.

I am in agreement with most on here about her not running. She's had enough time to polish and hone to become a better candidate, but I don't think she can pull it off on the big stage by herself. Plus she disappointed me with her support for the "kinetic action" in Libya. If she does get back into the fray, it should only be as a VP candidate.

But oh my goodness she is still pretty!   8)  ;D

She needs to remain a thorn in the side, a burr in the britches, of the Left....She can achieve this more effectively by not running.

However, as I posted before, she would be a very good Sec. Of Interior. Parks & Wildlife, Oil Leases, Get ANWR, and domestic oil production up...

and serve the tree huggers at the Sierra Club, some homemade venison stew..... ::)

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

You'd better; or he's wasted a lot of money on hair gell, designer suits and spray tan, not to mention the smile coach. ::) :P

I was waiting for a flight in Denver to see my son graduate from the USMC (what? You thought I'd let that slide? No way, Jose!!!!!  ;D ), our incoming plane was about 10 minutes late. Last people off the plane were Sarah Palin and one of her handlers.

FA, I can only tell you, in person, she is far prettier than any of the pictures lets on. Take her best picture, and in person - she goes to 11!

That said, I agree with TW - she is far better as a lightning rod for the leftoids than as a Presidential or even VP candidate. Cabinet position would also be nice, although the attacks from the MSM would never end. At least not until we change the ownership and/or editorial staff of said MSM like the lefties did.
