Correct...it's spelled "alg" in Sweden and "elg" in Norway I think...

My grandma on the moms side was a Norwegian Iverson...settled in MN and WI...

Stay clear of the Brennevin.....ask Marshal!  It's fermented goat piss or something!  The Icelandic version is worse I think...the Swedes have their own version I'm sure!
