Hope they get him moved to Ashland. Shane and I talked and I used to live across the Ohio River in Ironton, Ohio many moons ago. Huntington would be a jog cause it is 17 (or 30) miles down the road one way if I remember correctly? Always seemed like a long haul on Route US52.

Hi, I am Shane's mom "Pat". I just wanted to give all of his friends an update on his medical condition. Shane is not responding well at this time. All of u who believe in a higher power, Shane really needs your prayers. Thanks to all of u who have been so wonderful to ask about him and send cards. He really needs all your support right now. I'm still kickin'!!!  :)  Sorry, I've taken so long to respond, but I really appreciate the cards, well wishes, and especially the prayers.  I'm still in the hospital, but, all thanks to God, I'm improving rapidly.  A few close calls, every now and then, just keeps life interesting, I suppose.  Once again, thank you all very much, it's comforting to know that there are WONDERFUL people out there that actually care about someone they've never even met.  God bless you all.
