I have two Springfields that have been flawless thus far, and I have more rounds than I can remember through them. One is a V-12 factory compensated gun, and the other is a Loaded model. Of the two, I actually enjoy shooting the Loaded more than the V-12, although the V-12 does attract a whole lot more attention at the range.

As soon as I find some skins for it, the Loaded will become my EDC gun, and I will be retiring my Taurus PT-101 to nightstand duties.

Kimber Team Match II if you don't mind the weight.  The slickest factory action I have....wish it came in a 10MM...I had to settle for an Eclipse in 10.

First its "Pecos strawberries" and now we have "skins".  Potato skins?......Jesus, does anybody talk normal? ::)

Here in New York we have mastered the English language with plain and simple terms.........How YOU doin? ;D

For example:

In California:  "Pardon me, may I please have a segment of pizza with pineapple and tofu placed on top, with one Coca Cola beverage with some shaved ice."

In New York:  "Slice and a coke."

And don't forget the ever popular........"Gimmie a bagel and a shmeer."

You're just jealous my friend.....;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D.........NYC, with a CCW? God forbid!!!

Nah, I'm in upstate New York......but certainly close enough to Bloombergville to be upsetting.  I grew up in Brooklyn though, on "toyd" avenue....... 8) 8)  I could go for an Egg Cream just about now.

Can you explain what you meant by Kimber and bad service?

I love my Kimber and I have had great service from them.

I own a rock Island Armory 1911, a great starter platform if you want to customize. Classic Arms.US has a few they customize. Mine is an Ed Brown custom.
