I'm sorry, but I think too much money is spent on prisoners.  We used to use a 22 short when we butchered hogs.  How much are they now, $.50. 

I'm not a hard ass or anything, but I think some genes need to be taken out of the pool.  If this started happening, I think you'd see a big difference in the crime rate.
