Hyatt Hotel cancels event speaking against Islam.

Might be being blown out of proportion, but this didn't give me a warm feeling about Hyatt Hotels.

A Hyatt hotel in Sugar Land, Texas, has abruptly canceled a previously scheduled tea-party event at which author and Atlas Shrugs founder Pamela Geller was scheduled to speak on the dangers of Islam.

Geller said the decision came about because the hotel was "intimidated" into censoring her planned speech by "CAIR thugs," referring to the controversial Islamic advocacy group Council on American-Islamic Relations.

As much as it bothers me to see a private business lend support to a group I do not agree with I will support their right to turn away my business.

As a side note:  Last spring I posted photos and situation with a hotel in the Minneapolis area that decided to ban guns - They have since closed!
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

The Hotel didn't want to make obama and crowd mad :'(

Wasn't there a trial in Houston a few years ago where CAIR was charged with support for terror groups because some of their members belonged to Hamas, and Hezbollah ?
Sure is funny that when whites
, for example those of Italian descent, commit a crime it becomes a Federal crusade, and just belong to a loose association is enough to get 100 years in prison ( RICO statute, Rudy G.'s "Pizza Connection" )
But there is another standard if your a minority.

CAIR is a ruthless gang of thugs financed by the Saudis. Their only job is to advance the mooslum agenda in the USA.  These proponents of the religion of peace would gladly kill your grandma, then eat your birthday cake.  And of course, our dear prez finds them to be a wonderful group dedicated to the education of Americans.
