I have a feeling a jewish lawyer that voted for obama is going to make his life hell.

Private business with an owner exercising his right to refuse service.  Unless they are going after people that refuse service to people that dress a certain way (burka (sp), gang banger attire, etc.) they've got nothing on this guy but hate - both ways.
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

I thought TAB was all about the rights of business owners ?
That's the argument he always trots out for denying customers their Constitutional rights.

I wouldn't assume that a private business has the right to refuse service to anyone on any basis it wants. Certainly that right doesn't extend to refusing service on racial grounds, for example; you can't refuse to serve black people in a restaurant. I'm not sure what the legalities are here (not a lawyer myself), but there's no absolute legal right to exclude customers.

I do agree with the general sentiment that the guy is a twit.
