It seems for the DOJ to involve itself in any operation/investigation across the border, it must receive a waiver from the State Dept. Or it is in violation of the Arms Export Control Act...PERIOD!

Of course, Hillary heard about F&F in the press, has no record of this waiver, and "Knows Nothingk".  DHS also knows nothingk. ATF says piss off to Rep. Issa, FBI Director Mueller, stonewalls, and they ALL heard about it in the press....
