Its clear, they have not sobbered up enough to call for bail money yet.

I have drank myself sober back in my youth....you get to a point where nothing is flowing through your system but alcohol..

lets just say its a damn good thing back when I was in college no one had a camera on thier cell phones.

I don't think they have the flamability test yet (eg hold a lighter close and if your sweat ignites) so he should be good.
