I just don't think anyone can sound that stupid and unaware without a script.   Can they?

I've always maintained that human kind would benefit from breeding for either intelligence and/or luck.

Good point.  He confirmed his idiot status by posting it on YouTube.  It's likely no one outside his immediate friends and family would have ever known just how much of an idiot he is if he hadn't broadcast it to the world.
