NRA Sticker

I have never put an NRA sticker on any of my vehicles because I didn't want to stand out in a parking lot but my Jeep pretty much screams shooter and my license plate already IDs me as a shooter if anyone pays attention to it.



Should I put the NRA sticker on my Jeep?

I had Texas State Rifle Assoc (TSRA) plates, a TSRA sticker, an NRA sticker and a Armed Thinker (Thinker posed with an AR over his shoulder) sticker on my Avalanche. I figured it could work in either of two ways. An anti might bust it up, or it'll be left alone because they might be afraid to get shot..............

It's a good looking truck, don't muddle it all up with a bunch of stickers that can't be removed easily.

You have your business information on the side windows, and a really cool flag on the front fender.  I'd leave it at that.

Agreed. It will do you no good, and it could do harm (in terms of vandalism or someone breaking in looking for the gun). Leave your very cool looking jeep alone and carry concealed. They'll see your gun if they need to.

I'm not talking about fear of vandalism or mischief.  I am just not a person that likes to clutter my stuff up.  The business branding is a lot of sticker in my mind, so I wouldn't add to it.  If he has license plates and frames that identify Second Amendment he already has his passion covered and no reason for more clutter.

I've had NRA stickers, my Navy Alumni Assoc. sticker and USN on my small, rear side windows in the past.  Not surprisingly, the only comment I received on any of them was from a woman I worked with who questioned why I belonged to the NRA.  I answered her and she was satisfied.  Even here in the Northeast, you see a lot of pro-2nd Amendment stuff on vehicles.

Like M58 mentioned, I don't like anything on the vehicle other than the windows as it's much easier to remove when you get ready to sell or trade.  Today, my new car has nothing, not even the dealer crap!

All thats listed on our work trucks now is a ID number( 01,02... etc) our lic number and CA/DOT numbers on the trucks that need it.


I do have some magnetic signs for them when they are needed, but they have yet to be put on, and outside of a gov job they never will be.

I took an NRA sticker off a used car I bought.  It took the factory window tint with it! 

I usually remove any factory emblems, too, on new cars.  They just get in the way when washing and waxing.
