I only put drunkest in the caption because for the sake of my state I pray that this guy was drunk. It still wouldn't be an excuse, but it might have some mitigating effects. Ah, Florida, the land of iguanas and thieves who put bags over their heads, but forget to cut eyeholes. Sad, just sad.
