CR, how do you rehydrate your product? add water?

I can't speak for CR, but I'd guess that is one way.

But, you can use pure filtered rain water and get all the benefits of bottled water for free.

The EU must have heard that our BATF classified Chore Boy scrubbing pads as illegal firearms, and not to be outdone.
