Hi Ride J Frame Holster

Been working on a couple of J frame holsters. You just gotta love revolvers! One of the holsters has a hammer guard and the other does not.

Cant tell much for detail in the pics, but what I can make out looks pretty good. Looks like it rides nice.

I echo Outrider. I like it clean, simple and secure. Looking at it something crossed my mind. (That's scary) The area where it rises just above the hammer did you ever consider raising it maybe 3/8" more and adding a snap between the front and back panels for a pull through? I know it doesn't need it security wise but there are a number of folks, at least from the requests I get, that just have to have some type of additional retention device and that would likely satisfy them.

Denster,
I have not thought of the snap. What a great idea. I appreciate the suggestion.

You're most welcome. We both know with the style you have there it is not needed but like I said in other posts designing holsters is a lot about offering folks options. The idea of a pull through snap I seem to recall originated with Lou Alessi but I haven't seen it used lately.
