Finished it at 9:20 PM.
If you have not read this you have got to.
Go to your local library, put in  an "Inter library loan request".
Don't make any plans for a while.

Now lets start feeding the hogs.   ;D

I found and ordered Unintended Consequences from Books A Million www.booksamillion.com  for $34.99 with tax and shipping.

I have received an email order confirmation, but not a shipping confirmation yet.  Hoping it is really in stock and will be on it's way soon.

Just got email from Books A Million that the book has been back ordered.

Looks like they won't be a source either....not at that price, anyway.

I'll post what happens.

I should have kept the one from my local library and just paid them the depreciate cost to buy it.   Probably could have had it for $10.

Hmmm.  Every year they have a large book sale, maybe I should go next time and see if they've rotated it out.  I might still be able to pick it up for next to nothing.

Being a tourist town I'm pretty sure you could get one with a summer address.   ;D

Ross's Unintended Consequences is available for online reading from Scribd...

http://www.scribd.com/doc/53268063/Unintended-Consequences

If you buy a 1-day pass ($5) you should be able to download the PDF.  Of course there's that whole ethical-moral-legal thing to workout for yourself... ripping copyrighted material and such.

It's only " ripping copyrighted material and such." if you plan to reprint it and sell it.
Considering the content if you printed it out and gave away copies it would be a public service.
Even if the people receiving them reimbursed you for paper and ink.
